I build things out of curiosity - and watch everything out of obsession.

BCA graduate. Web developer. IT professional. Aspiring Master's student.

Manish Khatiwada

WHO IS MANJYEEL?

I'm Manish Khatiwada (but I go by my nickname, Manjyeel) - a BCA graduate from Nepal with a genuine curiosity for technology, design, and storytelling, and an aspiring Master's student in Computer Science.

I enjoy building projects that challenge me to learn something new, exploring how things work under the hood, and turning ideas into experiences people can actually interact with. With hands-on experience in both modern web development (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and IT support, I appreciate both creating software and keeping systems running smoothly.

But I'm not just someone who lives behind a screen writing code.

Cinema is a big part of who I am. I'm a cinephile in the truest sense - someone who watches films not just for entertainment but for the language, the craft, the composition, and the feeling a great director can create with a single shot. From Kubrick's symmetry to Wong Kar-wai's atmosphere, from arthouse slow cinema to prestige television - I consume stories with the same intensity I bring to building things.

Outside of that, you'll find me exploring Linux customization, working on my fitness, diving into personal growth rabbit holes, or getting completely absorbed by a random idea that seemed interesting at 2am.

This website is less about showcasing expertise and more about documenting a journey. Welcome to mine.
